The Malaysian International Scholarship (MIS) is a prestigious government initiative to attract the best talent from around the world to pursue postgraduate studies in Malaysia. The scholarship is administered by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.
Requirements: Under 40 years of age, minimum CGPA 3.5 or equivalent, accepted into a Master’s or PhD program at a Malaysian public university, strong research proposal, English proficiency (IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 550+).
